We offer residential and commercial lawn care services, including but not limited to lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal yard maintenance. Specific services may vary based on customer needs and agreements.

2. Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the property on scheduled service days. This includes:

  • Unlocking gates

  • Securing pets

  • Removing obstacles (toys, debris, etc.)

If access is not available, service may be skipped and a fee may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on property size, condition, and requested services.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Weather Conditions

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions (rain, storms, extreme heat, etc.). We will notify customers and arrange the next available service time.

6. Property Conditions & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for removing hazards such as rocks, wires, pet waste, and debris.

  • We are not liable for damage to hidden or unmarked objects.

  • While we take care to avoid damage, minor incidental damage may occur and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. Equipment & Safety

We use professional-grade equipment and follow safety standards. Customers and pets should remain indoors or at a safe distance while services are being performed.

9. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Aggressive animals

  • Non-payment or repeated missed appointments

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
